A three-part hardware ecosystem for Shopify's point-of-sale platform. POS Go integrates payment hardware into a single mobile device. POS Go Dock converts it into a full countertop terminal. The Universal Tablet Mount future-proofs the retail stand for iPads and Android tablets alike.
Business Impact: POS Go addressed pain points across the full merchant spectrum — from mom-and-pop shops to large omnichannel retailers — with a single device that drove GMV growth across all business sizes. POS Go Dock leveraged the existing POS Go hardware as the payment terminal, eliminating the cost and complexity of a separate certification process. The Universal Tablet Mount extended the commercial life of the existing retail stand.
